  I had my rental with this company for about a year and a half and really regret it... It was a property I put a lot of money into getting it ready for a long term tenant and I tried searching for a company that I felt would do a good job... Only to find out they put a tenant in the property with pets after I specifically told them I did not want this. To make matters even worse they did not call me until the tenant moved out and guess what surprise I received a multiple thousand dollar bill of replacing carpets that were brand new before the tenants were put in... they didn't even have the decency to call me on their own mistake... Find yourself a smaller company that has the time to watch your account.
